Agile Model

Fusioni follows agile model as an alternative approach to traditional project management models. Agile development methodology provides opportunities to assess the direction of a project throughout the developmentlife-cyclethrough regular iterations of works. Usually, a team stops and re-evaluates the direction of a project in every two weeks as per client's need, so there is always a scope to steer it in another direction as per present business trend. In other approaches, a team might have built the software in the same way it was asked to build actually, but, in the time it took to complete, business realities may change so dramatically that the project becomes irrelevant.

Fusioni follows this inspect-and-adapt approach to reduce both development costs and time to market. In this approach, teams can develop a project at the same time while they are gathering requirements to make further progresses in the project. And because a team's work cycle is limited to two weeks, it gives a client multiple opportunities to calibrate releases for success in the real market which helps companies to build the right product in a cost effective manner.

Instead of committing to market a piece of software that has not even been written yet, agile empowers teams to continuously re-plan their release to optimize its value throughout the development process and allowing them to be as competitive as possible in the marketplace.

Agile model becomes an attractive option for clients as well as for developers. Development using an agile methodology preserves a product's critical market relevance and ensures a team's work by releasing the project in the real market.
